宁夏决明子中6种无机元素形态分析

摘　　要：用传统煎煮法对宁夏产决明子中钾、钙、锰、铁、铜和锌6种元素进行提取,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对决明子各种形态中的6种元素进行测定。结果显示,决明子中6种元素在原药、渣和煎汁中总含量特征:K>Ca>Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu。方法的回收率在80.8%—115.1%之间,各元素分析方法的RSD小于3.8%。The six elements K,Ca,Mn,Fe,Cu and Zn in Catsia tora Linn from Ningxia were extracted basing on traditional analytical flow chart program.The six elements of primary speciations were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry（FAAS）.The results showed that the content characters of six elements in primary speciation samples were as follows：KCaFe Zn MnCu.The recoveries by standard addition were in the range of 80.8%-15.1%and relative standard deviations（RSDS） were less than 3.8%.
