摘  要:实验研究了球磨时间对纳米ZrO_2水悬浮液性质的影响。结果表明,粒径小于15nm ZrO_2在SND6800球磨剂的水相中球磨2h制备的悬浮液,可稳定存在14天。在SND6800球磨剂与ZrO_2的质量比为5:95时,球磨时间对粒子粒度、悬浮液的密度和pH值以及沉降率影响不大;但对悬浮液的吸光度、表面张力和黏度有明显的影响。球磨时间50h是悬浮液的吸光度及表面张力最大,而黏度是球磨40h时最大。The influence of the ball-milling time on nano ZrO_2 aqueous suspension was investigated by experiment.The results showed that aqueous suspension was prepared by ZrO_2 particle size less than 15nm with SND6800 milling agent for milling of 2h and it can be stable for less than 14 days.When mass ratio of SND6800 milling agent and ZrO_2 was 5:95,the influences of ball-milling time on particle size,density,pH value and sedimentation rate of nano ZrO_2 aqueous suspension were little,but that on absorbance,surface tension and viscosity of the suspension were outstanding.When ball-milling time was 50h,absorbance and surface tension of suspension were maximum,yet when ball-milling time was 40h,viscosity was maximum.
