摘　　要：目的评价AX-4280全自动尿液分析仪的性能。方法采用AX-4280全自动尿液分析仪,分别检测各项参数的精密度、准确度、携带污染率等。结果高、低质控品精密度SD%值(0.001～0.943、0～0.832)、携带污染率(0.8%～10.0%)、准确度等均在仪器要求范围内。结论 AX-4280全自动尿液分析仪各项性能均符合仪器要求范围,可用于临床尿液干化学分析检测。Objective To evaluate the performance of the AX-4280,which is the fully automated urine dry chemistry analyzer. Methods The AX-4280 automatic urine dry chemistry analyzer was used to detect the precision,accuracy and carryover rates of all parameters. Results The SD values of the hight-control and lowr-control precisions（0. 001-0. 943、0-0. 832） ,the contamination rate（（0.8%--10.0%）and accuracy were all within the requirements of the instrument. Conclusion The performance could meet the requirements of the AX-4280 analyzer,which can be used for dry chemical analysis of clinical urine testing.
