摘　　要：目的研究综合医院医患关系的影响因素,构建和谐的医患关系。方法对患者和医生进行了一系列的问卷调查并进行分析。结果影响医患关系的因素中医疗质量、医患沟通程度和工作态度所占比例最高,其次是费用,门诊、住院的便利和医院对患者的人文关怀。结论有效构建和谐医患关系应注重医疗质量,加强医德医风教育和加强医患沟通。Objective To research the influencing factors of the physician-patient relationships and build a harmonious relation-ship. Methods We conducted a series of survey for the patients and physicians. Results In all the factors that affect the physician-patient relationships, the proportion of high to low was ;quality of medical care, doctor-patient communication, the working attitude, medical expenses,convenience of treatment. Conclusion In order to build a harmonious physician-patient relationship,we should focus on the quality of medical care ; strengthen medical ethics education and the communication between doctors and patients.
