摘  要:引言 过程强化将不同过程集中到一起,能够降低过程的能耗和设备投资费用。热耦合(heat integra-tion)与反应蒸馏是具有明显经济效益的两种过程强化技术[1-2]。黄克谨等[3]提出了外部热耦合双精馏塔,王芸等[4]进一步将精馏段/提馏段外部热耦合结构简化为三换热器结构并应用于乙烯/乙烷和苯/甲苯二元物系的分离,In terms of the thermodynamic characteristics of conventional reactive distillation columns,an externally heat-integrated reactive distillation system(EHIRDS)was proposed and studied.It was comprised of a high-pressure reactive column and a low-pressure separation column,with external heat integration between the rectifying section of the former and the stripping section of the latter.A hypothetical quaternary ideal exothermic reaction was chosen to evaluate the EHIRDS with an objective function of minimization of total annual cost(TAC),and reduction in operating cost was achieved.The simplification of the EHIRDS with three heat exchangers(S-EHIRDS)could lead to a further reduction in capital investment and operating cost.These simulation results confirmed preliminarily the great potentials of the EHIRDS.
