摘 要:采用紫外光还原法和种子法制得了不同含量Ag纳米粒子负载的锐钛矿型TiO2准一维复合材料。用各种测试技术对产物的物相、形貌、Ag负载情况以及SERS性质进行了一系列表征。测试结果表明,在以紫外光还原法获得的产物中,Ag完全负载在TiO2纳米带表面,其粒径主要处在10~50nm,且Ag负载量随着还原次数增多而缓慢增加。而在此基础上,以种子法制得的产物中Ag负载量则显著增大,覆盖率可几乎达到100%。这种含Ag纳米复合材料具有检测吡啶分子的SERS活性,其Ag负载量越多,SERS效应越明显。A series of Ag-deposited anatase TiO2 nanobelts with different Ag contents were prepared by using ultraviolet-light reduction or/and seeding growth processes.The structure,morphology,Ag-deposition and SERS properties of the products were measured.The measurement results showed that the Ag nanoparticles reduced by ultraviolet-light irradiation,mainly in a diameter range of 10—50 nm,were deposited completely on the surface of TiO2 nanobelts,and the Ag content slowly increased with the increase of reduction times,significantly improving the coverage of Ag.Based on the product,the nano-composites with coverage of above 80% or almost 100%,were further obtained through seeding growth of Ag nano-particles by alternate addition of AgNO3 and sodium citric acid solution.The products remarkably exhibited surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)activities with pyridine as a probe molecule,and the more the Ag nanoparticles,the stronger the SERS signal.
