摘　　要：穿膜肽自发现以来,因其独特的蛋白转导功能,为基因治疗和新型疫苗的开发等开辟了新的途径。通过综述穿膜肽的种类、结构特点、作用机制及其在疫苗中的应用,为进一步研发DNA疫苗和肿瘤疫苗奠定基础。Since the discovery of the function of protein transduction, cell- penetrating peptides （CPP） provides a novel approach for gene therapy and vaccine development. According to recent studies on the CPP species, structure, membrane -penetrating mechanisms and relative applications, cell -penetrating peptides applied in the DNA vaccine and tumor vaccine were reviewed and prospected.
