彩色多普勒超声诊断异位妊娠的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法回顾分析69例异位妊娠患者术前彩色多普勒超声图像特征。所有病例均经手术和病理证实。结果 69例异位妊娠患者中,经阴道超声检查43例,经腹部超声检查26例。未破裂型17例(25%)、破裂型52例(75%)。患者共有的主要基本声像图特征为宫内未见孕囊,双侧卵巢显示清晰,附件区有包块,包块周围程度不等的血流信号,探头局部轻压有疼痛感。结论彩色多普勒超声对异位妊娠有重要的诊断价值。Objective To assess the value of colour Doppler ultrasound sonopraphy in the diagnosis of ectopic pregency. Methods Data of sonographic characteristics of 69 patients whith ectopic pregency confrimed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 69 patients,43 cases took TVS,and 26 cases took TAS.The rupured ectopic pregency occurred in 17 cases.The sonographic characteristics showed that there was no pregency sac in the uterus but there was abnormal mass in the bilateral ovary area whith visible blood flow signals and pain feeling about probe push. Conclusion Doppler ultrasound sonography is an useful method in the diagnosis of ectopic pregency.
