摘　　要：专利文献作为重要的技术、法律和经济情报信息源,越来越受到科技界和情报界的重视。本文利用专利申请量、专利成长率、专利授权率、专利有效率、专利权人分析和IPC分析等专利计量指标对湖南省专利分布情况进行了计量分析,并得出了一些有益的结论,对湖南省未来专利发展战略有针对性地提出了一些建议。As important information sources of technology, law and economic intelligence, patent documents are receiving more and more attention from the scientific and technological circles and intelligence community. This paper uses the following patent measuring indexes to quantitatively analyze the patent distribution of Hunan province, such as the number of patent applica- tion, patent growth rate, patent authorization rate, patent effectiveness, the analysis of patentee and IPC analysis. The paper draws some helpful conclusions, and gives some pertinent suggestions for the future patent development strategy of Hunan province.
