摘　　要：通过对专利海盗产生及其演变历史的回顾,分析专利海盗的运作模式和社会影响,说明对抗专利海盗是实施专利保护的必然。专利地图是分析专利情报的一种重要工具和方法,利用专利地图对抗专利海盗是文章提出的一个新观点。并基于此观点概述专利地图的内涵和分类,论证专利地图与专利海盗对抗的契合性,阐述专利地图在对抗专利海盗中的应用。Based on the review of the emergence and historical evolution of patent troll, this paper analyzes its operating model and social influence, and explains that it is inevitable to protect patent by resisting patent troll. Patent map is an important tool and method to analyze patent information. The use of patent map to resist patent troll is a new point of view of this paper. Based on this point of view, the paper summarizes the connotation and classification of patent map, demonstrates the feasibility of using patent map to resist patent troll, and elaborates the application of patent map in resisting patent troll.
