重庆市2202例老年女性血脂异常与WBC计数关系分析

摘　　要：目的分析外周血白细胞数量与老年女性人群血脂异常的关系。方法分别测定2 202例老年女性外周血白细胞(WBC)计数、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG);根据检验结果分为高脂组与对照组,高脂组依据血脂异常种类再分为单纯高胆固醇组、单纯高甘油三酯组、高甘油三酯合并高胆固醇3个亚组;分析老年女性WBC与血脂异常的关系,并测定RBC、BMI、收缩压、舒张压,分析它们与WBC、TC、TG的相关性。结果高脂组WBC计数为(5.81±1.4)×109/L,对照组WBC计数为(5.63±1.55)×109/L,差异显著(P<0.01)。高TC、高TG、高TC合并高TG亚组WBC计数与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。WBC计数与TG、RBC、BMI、收缩压、舒张压呈明显正相关(P<0.01)。结论老年女性血脂异常人群WBC计数较正常人群明显升高,外周血WBC数量与血脂异常关系密切,WBC计数也可作为女性血脂异常的辅助监控指标。Objective To study the relationship between WBC count and blood lipid abnormity in elderly female aged more than 60 years old in Chongqing. Methods Samples were divided into hyperlipoidemia group and control group according to examination results. Hyperlipoidemia group was divided into three subgroups： high total cholesterol（TC） subgroup, high triglyeeride（TG） subgroup, high TC combined with high TG subgroups. Some parameters such as RBC, BMI, systolic pressure （SBP） and diastolic pressure （DBP） in each group were tested and analyzed by statistics. Results The WBC count in hyperlipidemia group was （5.81 ± 1.49 ）×109/L. The control＇group was （5.63 ±1.55） ×109/L, there was significant difference between them （P 〈0. 01 ） , and there were significant difference in WBC count between high TC, high TG, high TC combined high TG groups and control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was positive correlation between WBC count and TG, RBC, BMI, SBP, DBP（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions WBC count of elderly female patients with hyperlipidemia is significantly higher than normal. As a marker of inflammation, WBC can be used as a predictor of hyperlipidemia.
