摘　　要：目的研究狼疮清颗粒对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为两组,治疗组口服给予不同剂量的狼疮清颗粒(分别为11.4、22.8、45.6g/kg),对照组灌服生理盐水。观察狼疮清颗粒对小鼠刀豆蛋白(ConA)诱导的脾淋巴细胞转化、溶血空斑数的作用。结果小剂量狼疮清颗粒能够增加小鼠脾淋巴细胞和溶血空斑数,大剂量狼疮清颗粒能够抑制小鼠脾淋巴细胞和溶血空斑数。结论狼疮清颗粒具有调节机体免疫功能的作用,且与剂量相关。Objective：To investigate the effect of Langchuangqing Granules on immune function in normal mice.Methods：The mice were separated randomly into the experimental groups with 3 different doses of Langchuangqing Granules（11.4、22.8、45.6g/kg） and the control group mice with saline.Spleen lymphocyte conversion induced by Concanavalin,the number of hemolytic plaque were evaluated.Results： Low dose Langchuangqing Granules upregulated but high dose Langchuangqing Granules suppressed the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes and the number of hemolytic plaque.Conclusion： Langchuangqing Granules has an important role in regulating the immunological function of the mice in a dose dependent manner.
