摘  要:[目的]探讨透明质酸预防关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后发生膝关节粘连的效果。[方法]选择2009年1月~2010年12月收治的60例行关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的患者,随机选择30例术后关节腔内注射透明质酸2.5 ml作为实验组;另30例常规手术不应用透明质酸作为对照组。随访观察术后6周时膝关节的伸屈活动度,Lysholm评分总改善率及VAS评分。[结果]60例均获随访,术后6周时膝关节活动度,实验组伸屈141.25°±9.98°,对照组伸屈133.75°±8.56°,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Lysholm评分总改善率,实验组84.8%,对照组65.4%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);VAS评分,实验组4.20±1.15,对照组6.10±1.59,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]透明质酸能有效预防前交叉韧带重建术后膝关节粘连的发生。[ Objective] To evaluate the effect of hyaluronic acid in preventing knee joint adhension after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. [ Method ] Sixty patients underwent arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction between January 2009 - December 2010. They were randomly divided into two groups. One group received hyaluronic acid injection once per week from the day of surgery, totally for 5 doses. The other group received nothing. All patients came back for evaluation 6 weeks after surgery. The following parameters were recorded and compared between these two groups : the knee joint range of motion (ROM) ,total improvement rate of Lysholm score and visual analog scores(VAS). [ Result] All were followedup for 6 weeks. The average range of motion was 141.25°± 9.98°in hyaluronic acid group and 133.75°± 8.56° in control group. The total improvement rates of Lysholm score were 84.8% and 65.4% ,respectively. The VAS of these two groups were 4.20 ± 1.15 and 6.10 ±1.59. There were statistically significant differences between groups in ROM, Lysholm score and VAS (P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion] The hyaluronic acid injection has been proved to be effective in preventing knee joint adhension after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
