摘　　要：目的探讨踝关节镜下治疗双内踝骨折的方法和疗效。方法对16例双踝骨折的病例在踝关节镜下复位、内固定,术后随访6～12个月。结果 16例患者骨折愈合,关节功能恢复正常。结论踝关节镜下内固定治疗内踝骨折具有创伤小、复位准确等优点,是一种较好的治疗方法。Objective To explore the technique and the clinical result of internal fixation of biomalleolar fractures with arthroscope. Methods The fracture of thel6 cases was subjected to reduction and fixed under the arthrospy, followed up for 6 to 12 months after operation. Results All the 16 cases had fracture healing and restoration of the ankle joint. Conclusion The internal fixation ofbiomalleolar fractures with arthroscope has the advantages of less invasion and accurate reset.
