摘　　要：目的为了进一步提高护理服务质量,确保护理安全,避免护理纠纷的发生。方法分析我院近5年来132宗护理纠纷,针对这些护理纠纷发生的原因及防范对策进行总结。结果发现引起护理纠纷的原因主要有护理人员的素质差、态度恶劣、护理专业知识不足、工作强度大及患者医学护理知识欠缺等方面。结论在日常护理工作中护理人员应具有安全的意识、科学的工作态度,开辟处理纠纷新思路来化解矛盾,采取安全的防范对策,尽可能地预防和减少护理纠纷的发生。Objective To further improve the nursing quality, ensure nursing safety, and prevent nursing dissension. Methods 132 cases of nursing dissension in the recent 5 years in our hospital were analysed, summarizing the causes and precaution measures of nursing dissension. Results The low quality of nursing staff, ill manners, lack of nursing knowledge, serious working strength and patients＇ lack of medical and nursing knowledge were the main reasons of nursing dissension. Conclusion In the daily nursing work, the nursing staff should have safety consciousness, scientific work attitude, develop new ideas to conciliate conflicts and take safety countermeasures as far as possible to prevent or reduce the occurrence of nursing dissension.
