摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务模式在肿瘤内科住院病房的应用效果。方法根据优质护理服务模式的要求和原则,对现有护理系统进行整改,通过加强业务培训,合理配制人力资源,强化护理质量控制管理等措施促进护理质量的提高。比较优质护理服务模式实施前后肿瘤内科护理缺陷发生率、患者住院期间护理相关并发症的发生率,以及患者满意度。结果实施优质护理服务模式后,肿瘤内科护理缺陷、护理相关并发症的发生率明显降低,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),医生对护理满意度以及患者满意度提高。结论优质护理服务模式促进了肿瘤内科护理人员业务素质的提高,有效降低了护理缺陷的发生率,提高了患者满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service mode in medical oncology. Methods According to the requirements and principle of high quality nursing service mode, the measures were taken to improve the quality of nursing by means of the existing nursing system reform, such as strengthen professional training, reasonable configuration of human resources, strengthen nursing quality control management, etc. The rate of medical nursing defects, incidence of related nursing complications and patients satisfaction were compared before and after the implementation of high quality nursing service model. Results The rate of nursing defects, incidence of associated nursing complications were significantly reduced after implementation of high quality nursing service model, with statistically comparative difference between groups （P〈0.05）; doctors and patients satisfaction improved significantly. Conclusion The high quality nursing service model improves the nursing staff of medical ontology department, effectively reduces the incidence of nursing defects, and improves the patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
