摘　　要：目的总结探讨前路手术治疗胸椎肿瘤的围手术期护理体会。方法对2007年1月至2011年8月我院共收治的106例胸椎肿瘤患者采用前路手术治疗的围手术期护理方法及护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果 106例患者术后疼痛明显缓解,术后1周神经功能开始恢复,平均住院天数21天,内植物固定牢固,无脊柱畸形。结论前路手术治疗胸椎肿瘤围手术期护理可使患者术后疼痛明显缓解,恢复期缩短,疗效确切,患者寿命延长,生活质量提高。Objective To summarize and explore the perioperative nursing experience of anterior surgery for patients with thoracic spinal tumor. Methods The perioperative nursing methods and data of 106 cases of thoracic spinal tumor patients treated with anterior surgery in our hospital from January 2007 to August 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 106 patients were obviously relieved of pain after anterior surgery; their nerve function began to recover one week after anterior surgery, with average hospital stay of 21 days, firmly fixed inserted objects, and without spinal deformity. Conclusion Perioperative nursing for thoracic spinal tumors patients treated with anterior surgery can significantly and effectively alleviate postoperative pain, shorten recovery period, prolong patients＇ life, and improve quality of life.
