摘　　要：目的总结46例急性左心衰患者使用BiPAP呼吸机的护理经验。方法回顾性分析46例患者使用BiPAP呼吸机的临床资料,加强观察和护理,预防各种并发症的发生。结果使用BiPAP呼吸机辅助通气后患者血氧饱和度升至正常范围,气喘改善,呼吸频率趋于正常,口唇转为红润,可安静高枕卧位休息。结论对使用BiPAP呼吸机的患者实行心理护理、选择面罩及头带、指导呼吸配合以保持气道通畅、监测呼吸机、观察病情、营养支持、生活护理等措施,可提高急性左心衰的抢救成功率。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of acute left heart failure patients treated with BiPAP ventilators. Methods The clinical data of 46 patients treated with BiPAP ventilators were retrospectively analyzed to prevent complications by observation and nursing. Results After BiPAP ventilators used by patients for mechanical ventilation, their oxygen saturation rose to normal range, asthma improved, respiratory frequency tended to be normal, lips turned rosy, so that patients could be lying to rest. Conclusion The successful rescue rate of acute left heart failure can be improved due to nursing measures such as psychological nursing, face mask and head band selection, respiratory guidance, keeping airway patency, ventilator monitoring, disease observation, nutritional support, and daily life nursing for patients using BiPAP ventilators.
