摘　　要：目的总结桡骨远端关节内复杂骨折手术治疗的临床经验。方法手术治疗47例，骨折类型按AO分型，B1型7例，B2型8例，B3型10例，C1型11例，C2型6例，C3型5例。均切开复位钢板内固定，骨缺损者植骨。结果47例患者均获随访，随访时间9～18个月，平均14．3个月。腕关节功能按Dienst等评分方法评定，结果优27例，良15例，可4例，差1例，优良率为89．3％。结论手术是治疗桡骨远端关节内复杂骨折的有效方法，可靠的内固定、植骨及有效的关节功能锻炼是提高疗效的重要手段。Objective To summarize the strategy of treatment of intra-articulus complicated fracture in distal ra- dius. Methods 47 cases with intra-articulus complicated fracture in distal radius were operated. According to AO classification： 7 cases were in type B1,8cases were in type B2,10 cases were in type 133,11 cases were in type C1,6 cases were in type C2,5 cases were in type C3. All patients accepted open reduction and internal fixation with plate. Bone graft was performed for loss of bone. Results All patients were followed up for 9-18 months （averaged 14.3 months）. According to Dienst score system, 27 were in excellent, 15 were in good, 4 were in moderate, 1 were in bad. Excellent and good rate was 89.3%. Conclusion Operation is effective methods for intra-articulus complicated frac- ture in distal radius. Reliable internal fixation,bone graft and effective functional exercise is important for improve- ment of clinical effect.
