摘　　要：目的评价闭合复位经皮克氏针固定治疗Bennett骨折的临床疗效。方法总结我院2001年2月至2009年8月期间，手术治疗Bennett骨折22例，方式均为闭合复位经皮克氏针固定，术后短臂石膏固定2～3周，并与非手术治疗Bennett骨折28例，方式均为手法复位前臂加拇指近节管型石膏固定的患者进行比较。50例患者随访3～18个月，平均10．5个月。结果疗效参照拇指腕掌关节功能评定标准进行评定，手术组：优7例，良12例，可3例，差0例，优良率86．4％；非手术组：优5例，良8例，可5例，差10例，优良率46．4％。结论闭合复位经皮克氏针固定治疗Bennett骨折操作简单、损伤小、复位固定可靠，可有效降低术后关节疼痛、关节活动受限和创伤性关节炎的发生率，是治疗Bennett骨折的有效方法。Objective Appraises the closed replacement to treat the Bennett bone fracture fixedly after the skin Cleveland needle the clinical curative effect. Methods Summarized my courtyard February,2001 to August,2009 period ,the surgery treated the Bennett bone fracture 22 examples ,the way is the closed replacement is fixed after the skin Cleveland needle ,after the technique,the short arm gypsum fixed 2- 3 weeks ,and treated Bennett with the nonsurgery the bone fracture 28 examples, the way is the technique replacement forearm add the thumb near pipe joint gypsum fixed patient to carry on the comparison, 50 example patients made a follow-up visit for 3~ 18 months ,the av- erage 10. 5 months. Results The curative effect reference thumb articulatio carpometacarpea function evaluation standard carries on the evaluation ：Surgery group superior 7 examples ,good 12 examples, but 3 examples ,difference 0 examples ,fine rate 86.4% ,non-surgery group superior 5 examples ,good 8 examples ,but 5 examples ,difference 10 examples ,fine rate 46.4%. Conclusion The closed replacement treats the Bennett bone fracture simplicity of operator fixedly after the skin Cleveland needle ,damages ,the replacement slightly fixed reliable ,but reduces the technique ,after effectively the joint ache,the joint activity are limited with the wound arthritis＇s formation rate,is treating the Bennett bone fracture the efficacious device.
