摘  要:四川盆地普光气田天然气净化厂具有120×108 m3/a的高含硫天然气(H2S体积分数为14.14%,CO2体积分数为8.6%,有机硫含量为340mg/m3)处理能力。为了保证事故工况时其大排量高含硫天然气的安全泄放和高效燃烧,优化了高低压放空管网及火炬系统的设计,突破一般天然气净化厂"全量放空"的常规设计思路,合理确定了放空规模为75×104 m3/h,研发出放空抗低温、防火雨、高低压火炬密封、大排量放空防回火、三重保障点火、流体密封等技术,同时引进高效高低压酸性气火炬燃烧器,保证了火炬的安全平稳运行。放空与火炬系统投产后运行平稳,燃烧效率高于99.9%,为新建或改扩建大型天然气净化厂提供了参考。The Puguang gas purification plant has an annual dealing capacity of 12 billion m3 sour gas which contains 14.14% H2S,8.6% CO2,and 340 mg/m3 of the organic carbon content.To achieve safe releasing and highly efficient burning of a huge volume of vent gas from this purification plant,we optimized the whole high-and low-pressure vent lines and flare system.Totally different from the general design concept of 'venting them all',the reasonable venting amount is designed to be 75×104 m3/h and many other new techniques are developed such as the high resistance of low temperature and fire rain,sealing of flare under high and low pressures,prevention of back fires during venting a huge volume of gas,triplet protective ignition,fluid seal,etc.Meanwhile,an efficient acid gas flare burner is imported to confirm the flare system to run safely and stably.Since being put into field practice,this flare system has been under steady operation with a high burning efficiency of more than 99.9%,which provides reference for building or re-building large-scale gas purification plants in other fields of China.
