摘　　要：从我国科技情报行业成立之初起，为政府部门提供决策服务就被设计为我国科技情报机构的一项核心功能和核心业务。本文分析了决策、决策服务以及决策服务与情报研究、战略研究、规划研究和政策研究的关系，并通过对黑龙江、湖南、湖北和广东等地科技情报机构的实地调研以及对科技情报机构政府决策服务的典型案例分析，研究了我国科技情报机构政府决策服务最佳实践的特征。The governmental decision-making service was designated as one of the major businesses of STI Institutions since the foundation of the Chinese STI Industry. The paper analyzed the decision-making and the decision-making service, and discussed the relationship between decision-making service and Information Analysis, Strategic Study, Planning Research, Policy Study. The best practice characteristics of the governmental decision-making service provided by the Chinese STI institutions are examined based on the field investigation on the Heilongjiang, Hunan, Hubei and Guangdong STI institutions and the case study.
