摘 要:目的通过对气体二氧化氯发生和浓度监控方法的研究,获得气体二氧化氯消毒关键技术,并对实验室微环境进行消毒效果验证试验。方法采用10%氯气(其余90%为氮气)与亚氯酸钠颗粒反应制备消毒用气体二氧化氯,采用紫外光吸收法检测气体二氧化氯浓度,采用1000×10-6的气体二氧化氯浓度在相对湿度70.0%,消毒时间2h的条件下,对实验室微环境进行消毒效果验证,指示菌为枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种芽胞。结果研制出操作便捷的气体二氧化氯发生器,采用紫外光吸收法研制出可对任意浓度进行检测的气体二氧化氯浓度监测器,1000×10-6的气体二氧化氯对实验室微环境枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种芽胞,消毒效果为平均杀菌对数值为4.26,达到高水平消毒效果,消毒周期为3h。结论采用的气体二氧化氯发生和浓度监控方法,可用于对病原微生物实验室、洁净手术室、传染病负压隔离病房等室内微环境的消毒,且消毒效果良好。OBJECTIVE To study gaseous chlorine dioxide generation and concentration monitoring techniques,so as to obtain key technique of disinfection with gaseous chloride dioxide and evaluate the disinfection effect on laboratory micro-environment.METHODS Gaseous chlorine dioxide for disinfection was generated by mixture gas of Cl2 and N2(Cl2 10%) reacted with NaClO2 granule.Gaseous chlorine dioxide concentration was monitored by ultraviolet radiation absorbing rate.Disinfection effect of gaseous chlorine dioxide on laboratory micro-environment was evaluated under the condition of 70% relative humidity,1000×10^-6 gas concentration and 2-hour disinfection.The indicator bacterium was spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger(ATCC9372).RESULTS The expediently operated generator of gaseous chlorine dioxide was developed.Gaseous chlorine dioxide concentration monitor which could test a large range of concentration was developed and used to disinfect micro-environment of lab.The average log reduction of spore in laboratory micro-environment disinfected by 1000×10^-6 gaseous chlorine dioxide with the condition described in this paper was 4.26,reaching high-level disinfection.The whole cycle of disinfection of laboratory micro-environment was 3 hours.CONCLUSION Gaseous chlorine dioxide generation and concentration monitoring methods described in the paper can be used for commendable disinfection in micro-environment of pathogenic microorganism lab,cleaning operating room,negative pressure isolation ward,and so on.
