酸性氧化电位水在楼宇系统中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究酸性氧化电位水楼宇系统在医院中的应用及效果评价。方法分别对酸性氧化电位水应用于常规消毒防护,提高医护人员在标准化防护中的依从性,在应用过程中不断开发一些新的特殊应用等方面,对其进行分析和评价。结果使用酸性氧化电位水楼宇系统,将酸性氧化电位水应用于人员卫生手消毒、环境物体表面的消毒等常规消毒防护时,消毒前后杀灭对数值分别>1.153和>1.554,符合《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)的要求,消毒合格,提高了医院人员消毒防护的依从性,同时,开发了一些新的特殊应用。结论酸性氧化电位水楼宇系统的应用,能降低医院感染,提高医院综合效益和水平,为绿色医院的建设提供了新的有效措施。OBJECTIVE To study the application of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water（EOW） in the building system of hospital and evaluate the effect.METHODS Application of EOW in routine disinfection and protection,the compliance of standardized protection among healthcare workers,and new ways of applying EOW were analyzed and evaluated.RESULTS EOW building system improved hand disinfection and the disinfection of the surface of objects.The germicidal logarithm values before and after disinfection were 1.153 and 1.554,respectively,with the later one meeting the Standards of Disinfection Techniques.Compliance of disinfection and protection among the hospital staffs was improved,meanwhile,some new approaches were developed.CONCLUSION The application of EOW in hospital building system can reduce the hospital infections and improve the comprehensive efficiency and level of hospital,offering a new approach for the construction of an economical hospital.
