分散与集中管理对医疗器械清洗与包装质量的效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察分散与集中管理对复用医疗器械清洗和包装质量效果的影响。方法对全院复用医疗器械分别采用各科室分散管理和供应中心集中管理,评价器械的清洗和包装质量,比较两种管理模式下复用医疗器械包的器械清洗质量、器械功能完好性、包布完好性及清洁质量、包内指示卡、包外标签等质量指标。结果集中管理后复用医疗器械的清洗和包装质量整体合格率为99.3%,明显高于分散管理的85.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论复用医疗器械由消毒供应中心进行集中管理,能有效提高器械的清洗和包装质量,可降低医院感染风险,利于医院感染控制。OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of decentralized and centralized management of cleaning quality and packing quality of medical apparatus.METHODS We applied decentralized and centralized methods to manage the medical apparatus respectively,and then evaluated the cleaning and packing qualities.We compared quality indices under such two ways of management,such as cleaning quality,packing quality,functional integrity of apparatus,indicating cards in packs,tags outside packs,weight of packs,cubic measure of packs and so on.RESULTS By means of centralized management,overall qualification rate of the cleaning and packing quality reached 99.3% which was obviously higher than that of decentralized management（85.6%）,there was significant difference between the two methods of management（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION The cleaning and packing quality of medical apparatus can be improved by applying centralized management by disinfection supply center so as to ensure the sterile effects,the safety of patients,and the control of nosocomial infections.
