摘  要:目的调查深部真菌感染患者的流行病学特征及药敏结果,为临床预防真菌感染及合理用药提供依据。方法对临床分离的1394株真菌进行统计并分析其药敏结果。结果 1394株真菌以白色假丝酵母菌为主,占73.5%,其他依次为热带假丝酵母菌占11.1%、光滑假丝酵母菌占8.6%、克柔假丝酵母菌占3.8%、近平滑假丝酵母菌占3.0%;真菌对氟康唑和伊曲康唑的耐药率较高,分别为19.66%、14.06%,对5-氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B、伏立康唑的敏感率较高,分别为98.35%、99.71%、97.78%。结论临床常见假丝酵母菌属对常用抗真菌药物已具有一定的耐药性,应加强监测与控制,根据药敏试验结果合理用药。OBJECTIVE To investigate the epidemiology characteristics and drug susceptibility of fungi causing fungal infection,and provide basis for clinical prevention of fungal infections and reasonable use of antibiotics.METHODS Statistical analysis of 1349 strains of fungi was performed,the results of drug susceptibility tests were analyzed.RESULTS The isolation rate of Candida albicans was the highest among the 1394 strains of fungi(73.5%),followed by C.tropicalis(11.1%),C.glabrata(8.6%),C.krusei(3.8%),and C.parapsilosis(3.0%).The drug resistance rates of those fungi strains to fluconazole and itraconazole were relatively high,and the resistance rate to fluconazole was the highest The drug susceptibility rates to 5-fluorocystine,amphotricin B,and voriconazole were high.CONCLUSION Clinical common Candida have been resistant to commonly used antibiotics to a certain extent.Monitoring and control on the use of antibiotics shall be strengthened according to the result of drug susceptibility testing.
