摘 要:在以需求为导向的大背景下,大型零售商作为终端销售平台,在产业链整合优化中的话语权不断增强。分工深化、组织创新、顾客价值创新和技术创新,是大型零售商主导产业链的动因;提升产业集中度、增强信息引导能力、实施多供应商战略和加强纵向一体化,是大型零售商主导产业链的有效机制;从生产者驱动转向采购者驱动、从技术驱动转向组织驱动、从产业链的单环节升级转向整链升级,是大型零售商主导产业链的必经路径。As a terminal sales platform, large retailers are gaining voice in integration and optimization of industry chain against the demand-oriented backdrop. The deepening of division of industry and the innovation of organization, customer value and technology are the major motivation that large retailers dominate industry chain; improving industry concentration, enhancing information guiding effect, implementing muhivender strategy and strengthening vertical integration are the effective mechanism that large retailers dominate industry chain; transforming from producer-driven to buyer-driven, from technology-driven to organization- driven, as well as from the upgrading of a single link of industry chain to the upgrading of a whole industry chain is the typical path that large retailers dominate industry chain.
