青年农民工幸福指数及影响因素实证研究

摘　　要：青年农民工是伴随中国改革开放大潮成长起来的一支新型劳动大军,是社会主义现代化建设的重要力量。在党和政府高度重视农村剩余劳动力转移的大背景之下,其生存和发展状况日益受到社会关注。运用幸福感指数量表及SPSS15.0,对山东省威海市220名青年农民工幸福指数进行测算及对其幸福指数影响因素进行回归分析,结果表明,青年农民工整体上对目前生活的满意程度不高,这与工资收入、工作时间、婚姻状况等密切相关,而与性别、文化程度、变动工作次数等因素相关性不强。Young migrant workers are new work force and have become an important force of the social modernization with the growing tide of reform in China. On the background of great attention paid to the surplus rural labor force, rural labors＇ survival and development are increasingly subject to the concern of the community. On the basis of scientific research, this article calculates the index of well - being of the young migrant workers in Weihai and analyzes its influential factors with SPSS15.0. The results show that the satisfaction with life of young migrant workers is not very high, which is closely related to their wages, working hours, and marital status but not their gender, education level and the frequency of work changes.
