摘　　要：[目的]研究乙烯利在绿岛3号黄瓜杂交制种的应用效果。[方法]采用80、100、133μl/L乙烯利在母本幼苗期处理2～3次,分析其对杂交种子产量和质量等相关性状的影响。[结果]用80～100μl/L乙烯利处理母本黄瓜幼苗2次(2叶1心和4叶1心),可有效降低第1雌花节位,提高20节内雌花节率而平均多雌节率较低,平均单株种子产量和种子千粒重均较高。[结论]该研究确定了乙烯利的最佳使用浓度和使用次数,可指导绿岛3号黄瓜秋冬茬杂交制种实践。[Objective] To research the application of ethephon to the cross breeding of cucumber.[Method] The hybrid seed yield and quality and other related traits in cucumber were investigated by treating the female parent seedlings with 80,100 and 133 μl/L ethephon for 2-3 times.[Result] Using 80-100 μl/L ethephon twice on female parent of cucumber at the stage of two-leaf and four-leaf seedling could efficiently increase female flower node ratio with lower many female flowers node ratio,and improved average seed yield per plant and thousand seed weight.[Conclusion] The appropriate concentration and times of ethephon had been ascertained,which could be applied in hybrid seed production of Lvdao 3 greenhouse in autumn crop.
