五唇兰的分株繁殖研究

摘　　要：[目的]为野生兰花五唇兰(Doritis pulcherrima Lindl.)推广繁殖提供参考。[方法]以泥炭+塑料泡沫为基质,进行五唇兰的分株繁殖试验,于分株后40、90和300 d观察分株苗的生长发育、开花和新苗增殖情况。[结果]五唇兰分株苗成活率可达95%以上。分株当年假鳞茎可以抽出花葶,开花率达到92.3%;分株次年根状茎上新苗增殖率可达2.9倍。[结论]分株可作为五唇兰推广繁殖的有效途径。[Objective] To provide reference for extending and propagating a wild orchid Doritis pulcherrima.[Method] The division propagation experiment of Doritis pulcherrima was carried out on the mixed medium of peat and foamed plastics.The growth,development,flowering and new seedling propagation of Doritis pulcherrima seedlings were observed at the 40th,90th and 300th day.[Result] The survival rate of Doritis pulcherima after divided was more than 95%.Scapes sprouted from pseudobulbs in the year of division and new plants formed from the rhizomes in the later year.The rate of flowered plants was 92.3 %,and the multiplication rate of new plants was 2.9 times.[Conclusion] Division would be an effective method for the propagating of Doritis pulcherrima.
