摘　　要：分析了社会主义新农村建设与大学生就业的交互关系,剖析了大学生在新农村建设中就业存在的主要问题,并从短期和长期2个方面提出大学生农村就业优化策略。The interaction between socialist new rural construction and college students＇ employment was analyzed,the current situation and existing problems of the college students＇ employment in the new rural construction were discussed,and the corresponding strategies were put forward from the point of the short term and the long term.
