摘　　要：结合武汉东湖新技术开发区土地集约利用评价研究实践,对开发区土地集约利用评价指标体系的建立、指标体系权重的确定和土地集约利用度分值的计算进行了深入研究,并依据评价结果对影响武汉东湖新技术开发区集约度的因素进行了探讨。Taking land intensive use evaluation of Donghu High tech industrial development zone as a case,the evaluation index system of land intensive was set up,and the weighing values of index system were determined.The land consolidation assessment method was studied and factors affecting the intensive degree in the development zone were discussed according to the evaluation results.
