摘 要:在超稳分子筛(USY)负载磷钨酸(HPWA)催化剂存在下,以苯酚和叔丁醇为反应物,在小型钢制密闭反应釜中合成出2,4-二叔丁基苯酚(2,4-DTBP),研究了HPWA负载量、反应温度、反应时间和反应物配比对苯酚转化率和2,4-DTBP选择性的影响。结果表明,负载HPWA后USY的酸性增强,苯酚转化率增大;使用HPWA负载质量分数为5%的HPWA/USY催化剂,在反应温度为200℃,反应时间为4 h,n(叔丁醇)/n(苯酚)为2的最佳工艺条件下,苯酚转化率为90.44%,2,4-DTBP选择性为84.12%。2,4 - di - tert - butyl phenol ( 2,4 - DTBP) was sythesized with phenol and tertiary buta- nol as feedstock in the presence of ultrastable Y ( USY ) modified by phosphowolframic acid ( I-IP- WA) catalyst in a steel - made micro - reactor. The effects of HPWA loading amount, reaction temperature ,reaction time and feedstock ratio on the phenol conversion and 2,4 - DTBP selectivity were inves- tigeted. The results showed that after supported HP- WA, both of USY acidity and phenol conversion were increased. And under the optimal condition of mass fraction of HPWA/USY catalyst 5% , reaction temperature 200 ℃, reaction time 4h, mole ratio of tertiary butanol to phenol 2, the conversion of phenol and the selectivity of 2,4 - DTBP reached 90.44% and 84.12% , respectively.
