纤维膜脱硫醇工艺在广西石化公司液态烃脱硫醇装置上的应用

摘　　要：介绍了美国Merichem公司纤维膜接触器技术在中国石油广西石化公司催化裂化装置液态烃脱硫醇单元的应用情况,分析了装置在运行过程中存在的问题并提出了相关建议和解决方法。结果表明,应用是成功的;脱硫效果良好,脱除后液态烃的总硫及硫醇硫质量分数可达到10.5×10-6,0.8×10-6,铜片腐蚀等级为1 a;装置操作弹性较大,即使处理量只有设计值的60%装置也能高效运行。The application of fibre - membrane contactor technology developed by Merichem Com- pany, USA in the catalytic cracking liquid hydrocarbon sweetening unit was introduced, and the unit problems occurred during its operation were analyzed and the related suggestions and methods were proposed. The results showed that the trial succeeded and the effect of sweetening was good. After sweete-ning, the mass fraction of totoal sulfur and mercaptan sulfur could reach 10.5 × 10^ -6,0.8 × 10 ^-6 ,the corrosion grade of copper sheet was 1 a. The unit operating flexibility was great, and even though the treating load was only 60% of design value, it could run efficiently.
