绿色住宅小区评价体系指标的应用与探讨——以河南省新郑龙湖镇某小区为例

摘　　要：针对如何确定评估标准以及评价体系构建的意义做了阐述,并分析了新郑龙湖镇某绿色住宅小区在实际建设过程当中的总体结构布局与功能分区、道路系统规划、绿地系统规划、景观系统规划、建筑设计和高科技节能等因素.通过对绿色小区专家评估评减因素的分析以及对评估评价的汇总,可以得出该小区评价结果为良,属发展型住宅小区,仍需加强绿色建设.This paper discusses how to determine evaluation standard and the significance of establishing evaluation system. It also analyzes the factor of general structure layout, function division, road system planning, green space system planning,landscape system planning and high-tech energy saving. Through analyzing expert＇s evaluation fator and summing the evaluation,we can conclude that the evaluation of the residential resdential district is good. It is necessary to strengthen green construction.
