河南省农村道路客运发展现状分析

摘　　要：基于实际调研和行业统计,分析了河南省农村道路客运发展现状,指出了河南省农村道路客运依然存在法律法规、经营、安全、素质等方面的问题.在完善法律体系、实行长效补贴、加强安全监管、培养主体素质等方面提出了一些相应建议,以加快河南省农村道路客运的发展.Based on the actual research and date statistics,the paper analyzes the situation of rural road and passenger transportation in Henan Province, points out that there exists issues about laws and regulations, management, safety, and staff qualifies. Some corresponding recommendations in the aspects of law construction, long-term subsidies, safety supervision, subject quality are given, to speed up the development of rural road and passenger transportation in Henan Province.
