摘　　要：为持续满足市场新产品研发的要求,采用拉断法直接制条生产工艺,对影响腈纶膨体毛条缩率的因素进行试验与分析。结果表明:聚合物中醋酸乙烯酯(VA)含量、长丝断裂伸长率是影响膨体毛条缩率的主要因素;调整毛条制造过程中的工艺参数,可以减小缩率的波动,对膨体毛条缩率值的影响约为1%。通过优化长丝生产及其后加工的工艺参数,使膨体毛条缩率稳定,膨化效果最佳。To further satisfy the requirements on research and development of new products of customers, the stretch breaking method for tow-to-top converting was adopted. The factors influencing the shrinkage of acrylic bulked top were examined. The results show that the content of vinyl acetate （VA） in the polymer and the breaking elongation of the filament yarn are the main factors. Adjusting the technical parameters during the top formation process can reduce the variation of its shrinkage, and the influence value for the shrinkage of the bulked top is approximately 1%. Optimizing the process parameters for filament yarn production and its after-processing can stabilize the shrinkage and improve the bulking effect.
