摘  要:为了解织物增强柔性复合材料在不同形式切口下的单向拉伸力学性能,从而更好地设计和应用织物增强柔性复合材料,对不同切口深度下单边、双边及中心切口拉伸试样的拉伸力学性能进行测试与分析。同时,对3种切口拉伸试样的切口扩展过程、破坏过程进行分析,对缺口扩展临界强力的确定方法进行探讨,对3种切口拉伸试样的缺口敏感性及断裂韧性进行分析研究。试验结果表明:织物增强柔性复合材料具有强烈的缺口敏感性,相对于中心切口,织物增强柔性复合材料对单边切口较为敏感,对双边切口的敏感性较低。To evaluate the effects of notch type and notch depth on the tensile properties for textile reinforced flexible composites and to better design and apply textile reinforced flexible composites, the uniaxial tensile tests on single edge notch (SENT), double edge notch (DENT) and centre notch (CENT) samples with various notch depths were conducted. The propagation of notch, destructing process of the notch, and the criterion of notch propagation threshold force were also discussed. For these three kinds of notch types, the notch sensitivity and notch toughness were also studied. The experimental results show that the textile reinforced flexible composite exhibits significantly notch sensitivity. Compared with CENT samples, the SENT samples exhibit higher notch sensitivity, and lowest for DENT samples.
