摘 要:为提高织物的漂白效率,降低生产成本,将金属酞菁配合物作为氧漂催化剂应用于双氧水低温漂白工艺。合成了金属酞菁配合物CoPcR,通过元素分析、红外光谱以及紫外可见光光谱分析确定产物的结构。将仿生酶化合物金属酞菁配合物应用于纺织品漂白工艺,通过单因素和正交试验,探讨CoPcR对温堆氧漂的催化作用。确定优化工艺为:渗透剂JFC 2 g/L、稳定剂MA-AA 0.20 g/L、H2O2(30%)30 g/L、催化剂CoPcR浓度15μmol/L,pH值9.5,温堆温度80℃,温堆时间60 min。在达到良好漂白效果的前提下,该工艺降低了漂白温度及pH值,从而达到节能降耗的目的。Metal phthalocyanine complex CoPcR which had been synthesized by researchers was applied as bleaching catalyst to hydrogen peroxide bleaching of cotton fabrics at low temperature in expectation of improving the bleaching efficiency and lowering production cost. The element analysis, infrared spectroscopy, and ultraviolet-visible spectrospy (UV-Vis) were used to analyze the structure of CoPcR. The catalytic effect of CoPcR on hydrogen peroxide bleaching at low temperature was investigated using the single factor experiment and orthogonal tests. The optimum bleaching process was determined as follows: JFC 2 g/L, MA-AA 0.2 g/L, H202(30% ) 30 g/L and catalyst CoPcR 15 μmol/L, treating at 80 ℃ (pH 9.5 ) for 60 rain. This process achieves good bleaching effect, and lowers the bleaching temperature and pH value, thus realizing the objectives of energy-saving and consumption reduction.
