图书馆法制建设与现代化图书馆建设的同步发展与协调研究

摘　　要：图书馆的法制建设关系到一个现代图书馆的建设与发展。要想图书馆建设成一个现代的,健康的,有发展潜力的现代化图书馆就必须有完善的图书馆法制作为前提。但目前为止我国还没有完善的图书馆法制为现代图书馆建设作保障。建立健全完善的图书馆法及相关法律还存在很多困难,为解决这些问题,促进现代图书馆建设发展,使图书馆法制建设与现代图书馆建设同步协调发展,为此提出了自己的见解和意见。Library legal construction is important to the construction and development of the modem library. For its healthy development, modem library must have a perfect library legal system as a prerequisite. But so far, in our country there are still not comprehensive library laws as the support of the modem library. However, there still exist difficul- ties of establishment and improvement of the Library Law and related legal aspects. In order to solve the problems above and to promote the development of modem library construction, this paper presents related views and opin- ions.
