开放存取带给图书馆的机遇及其应对策略

摘　　要：开放存取作为一种新的学术出版和学术交流形式,其日益丰富的学术资源对高校图书馆数字资源建设产生重要的影响。介绍了这种新的出版模式的常见表现形式,分析了其给图书馆带来的机遇,缓解资金短缺和紧张的局面;增强馆藏资源建设的时效性;拓宽了信息来源渠道,丰富了馆藏资源;学术资源保存效率提高等。同时论述了开放存取环境下图书馆的对策,加强开放资源的整合与揭示;加强开放存取文献信息资源与馆藏文献信息资源的整合;提高工作人员的综合素质。Open access as a new academic publishing and academic communicating form, its increasingly rich academic resources has important influence on constructions of digital resources of library. This paper introduces the new publishing model of common form of open access, analyzes the opportunities brought by it： Alleviate the shortage of funds and tense situation; Enhance the efficiency and timeliness of the resources＇ collection; Widened information sources, enriched collection resources; Improved Academic resources conservation efficiency, etc. Meanwhile, the of library to open access environment were discussed： Strengthen the integration and revelations of open access resources; Strengthened the integration of open access information resources and collections of literature information resources; Improve work personnel＇s comprehensive quality
