摘　　要：开展政府信息公开服务是政府与图书馆提升职能的共同需要。从公共图书馆发挥公益性作用、均等性作用、便利性作用、开放性作用几个方面,论述了公共图书馆在政府信息公开中的作用。通过对山西省图书馆政府信息公开服务的问卷调查,分析制约政府信息服务的因素,提出相应对策。For promoting each function, carrying out open government information service comes to be required by both government and library. The author explores functions public library taking in carrying out open government information service from the following four aspects including public interest, evenness, convenience and openness, analyses elements restrict the government information service and provides corresponding measures.
