摘　　要：目的探讨不同性别正常中国汉族成人内囊体积的平均值范围以及不同性别间的差异。方法选择健康汉族成人志愿者1000名,年龄18~80岁,平均（44.7±14.5）岁,男、女各500名。采用1.5T MR扫描仪,应用3D体积分析软件手动逐层勾画内囊边界,自动测算出其体积。结果男性左、右侧内囊标准体积均值分别为（2863.49±395.54）mm3、（2744.48±358.58）mm3;女性分别为（2754.11±384.87）mm3（、2608.54±314.39）mm3。男性左、右侧内囊前肢标准体积均值分别为（834.74±176.99）mm3（、814.38±171.46）mm3;女性分别为（809.15±163.08）mm3、（784.18±158.64）mm3。男性左、右侧内囊膝部标准体积均值分别为（174.48±23.19）mm3、（167.05±23.29）mm3;女性分别为（158.57±17.55）mm3、（150.29±16.67）mm3。男性左、右侧内囊后肢标准体积均值分别为（1854.27±237.92）mm3、（1762.73±216.69）mm3;女性分别为（1786.39±240.78）mm3、（1675.28±183.76）mm3。左、右侧内囊体积在性别间差异有统计学意义。结论内囊体积与性别有密切关系。Objective To establish the range of normal value of internal capsule volume and the variability in healthy Chinese adults of Han nationality with different genders.Methods Totally 1000 healthy adults（500 male and 500 female） aged 18—80 were selected,with average age of（44.7±14.5） years.All the subjects underwent 1.5T MR examination.The margins of internal capsule were outlined manually using 3D volume analysis software,and the volumes of the internal capsule were calculated automatically.Results The mean value of standard volume of left and right internal capsule was（2863.49±395.54）mm3 and（2744.48±358.58）mm3 in male,（2754.11±384.87）mm3 and（2608.54±314.39）mm3 in female,respectively.The mean value of standard volume of left and right anterior limb of internal capsule was（834.74±176.99）mm3 and（814.38±171.46）mm3 in male,（809.15±163.08）mm3 and（784.18±158.64）mm3 in female,respectively.The mean value of standard volume of left and right genu of internal capsule was（174.48±23.19）mm3 and（167.05±23.29）mm3 in male,while（158.57±17.55）mm3 and（150.29±16.67）mm3 in female,respectively.The mean value of standard volume of left and right posterior limb of internal capsule was（1854.27±237.92）mm3 and（1762.73±216.69）mm3 in male,while（1786.39±240.78）mm3 and（1675.28±183.76）mm3 in female,respectively.There was statistical difference of internal capsule volume in same side between male and female.Conclusion Internal capsule volume is closely related with gender.
