摘  要:采用充液拉深新工艺,以车灯反射镜为研究对象,首先提出运用变液压力和变压边力优化组合的方法,结合正交设计,运用板料成形数值模拟专用软件ETA/Dynaform5.6进行成形数值模拟,得到了最优液压力和压边力组合数值;其次根据毛坯在拉深过程中的成形情况,设计出了液压力和压边力加载曲线;最后通过实验验证了该加载曲线的拉深效果。结果表明,采用最优变液压力和变压边力进行拉深所得到的成形零件不起皱,不破裂,回弹量和减薄率均小,而且零件厚度分布较均匀。Adopting the new process of hydromechanical deep drawing,taking automobile light reflector as the research object,first,it was proposed that using the method of optimized variable liquid pressure and variable blank holder force,the special software ETA / Dynaform5.6 of sheet metal forming simulation was adopted to simulate forming process combining with orthogonal design,the numerical combination of the optimal hydraulic pressure and blank holder force was gained;secondly,according to the forming conditions of deep drawing process,the load curve of variable liquid pressure and the variable blank holder force was designed;finally,the effect of the loading curve was verified by the experiment.The results show that the forming parts have no wrinkle,no fracture,have minimum springback and thinning ratio,and the thickness distribution of parts is uniform.
