摘  要:利用分离式Hopkinson压杆试验装置,对具有不同织构特征的TC4合金试样进行动态压缩试验,分析织构特征对钛合金轧板各方向动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,900℃轧制板材的主织构为{1219}<12391>±30°RD,织构强度为10.557,在φ1=15°时出现峰值,有一定的织构分散,其中晶面{1219}平行板材的轧面,与基面{0001}夹角26.6°,晶向由〈1010〉向〈6 331〉方向漫散;950℃轧板的主织构为{1219}〈5321〉±20°RD,织构类型与900℃轧板相似,但织构强度为6.387,相对900℃轧板较弱,晶向由〈7341〉向〈4311〉方向漫散,在φ1=35°出现峰值;1050℃轧制板材的主织构为{12 19}〈1010〉,织构比较集中,织构强度为15.333,晶向〈101-0〉平行板材的轧向,与c轴为90°夹角。950℃轧制的TC4板材,织构强度较弱,其轧向(RD)、横向(TD)、法向(ND)的动态流变应力和动态均匀塑性应变差别不明显。900℃和1050℃轧制的TC4板材,由于织构强度较高,轧板存在明显的各向异性:TD方向的动态流变应力最高,ND次之,RD最低;RD方向的动态均匀塑性应变最大,ND次之,TD最小。Dynamic testing of T-6Al-4V(TC4) alloy was carried out in specimens with different texture by a split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB) technique,to analyze the effect of texture on the dynamic mechanical property of TC4 rolled plate.The results showed that the main texture of TC4 plate rolled at 900 ℃ whose intensity value was 10.577 and reached the peak when φ1 =15° was {12 19}123-9-1±30° RD with some texture decentralizing,the {1-21-9} crystal plane was parallel to the rolling plane and the angle was 26.6° with {0001} crystal plane with the orientation dispersing to 〈101-0〉 from 〈63-3-1〉.The main texture of TC4 plate rolled at 950 ℃ whose intensity value was 10.577 and reached the peak when φ1=35° was {1-21-9}〈53-2-1〉±20° RD,the texture type was similar to TC4 plate rolled at 900 ℃ and the orientation dispersed to 〈73-4-1〉 from 〈43-1-1〉.The main texture of TC4 plate rolled at 1050 ℃ was {1-21-9}〈101-0〉,the intensity value of the texture was 15.333,the 〈101-0〉 crystal plane was parallel to the rolling plane and the angle was 90° with c-axis.The TC4 plate rolled in 950 ℃ had no remarkable texture,and the difference between the dynamic strength and the dynamic uniform plastic strain of rolling direction(RD),transverse direction(TD) and normal direction(ND) was obscure.The difference of dynamic mechanical property in different directions was great in TC4 rolled plate while the texture intensity was high;the dynamic strength of TD was the highest,which of ND was lower,and which of RD was the lowest.And the dynamic uniform plastic strain of RD was the biggest,which of ND was smaller,and which of TD was the least.
