Effects of Heat Treatment in Wide Scale Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of TB10 Ti Alloys

摘  要:在宽温度范围内(200~1000℃)对TB10(Ti5Mo5V2Cr3Al)钛合金进行热处理,通过金相显微镜,扫描电子显微镜等观察了合金的微观组织并结合力学性能进行综合分析。结果表明:热处理温度为300℃时的颗粒状析出相,以及800℃时不均匀的长条状析出相,都是对合金塑性有害的微观组织;500℃时的层片状析出相对合金强度极为有利,而700℃时均匀的长条状析出相对合金塑性是有益的。通过优化的热处理制度对有益微观组织进行适当组合,可使合金具有良好的强度和塑性。经过800℃/1 hFC→760℃/WQ+500℃/8 h/AC的热处理,合金的抗拉强度为1340 MPa,断后伸长率为12.5%。Heat treatment of wide scale(200~1000 ℃) was researched for TB10 Ti alloy.Microstructure and mechanical properties were analyzed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that when the heat treatment temperature was at 300 ℃ or 800 ℃,the granular precipitation or non-uniform strip precipitation were harmful to plasticity;the lamellar precipitation in 500 ℃ was beneficial for strength,and the uniform strip precipitation in 700 ℃ was beneficial for plasticity.Through proper combination of the beneficial microstructure,good matching of strength and plasticity was obtained in TB10 Ti alloy.With heat treatment of 800 ℃/1 h760 ℃/WQ+500 ℃/8 h/AC,the tensile strength of alloy was 1340 MPa,and the elongation was 12.5%.
