摘　　要：生长素(Ghrelin)能促进生长激素的释放,舒张血管和降低血压以改善心脏功能,刺激食欲、增加体质量并参与糖和脂肪代谢的调节。Ghrelin通过改善血管内皮功能、抑制炎性细胞因子、抑制心肌肥厚以防止心脏构型重建。作为一种内源性的心脏保护物质,Ghrelin能通过多种机制改善心衰心脏功能、引起正向能量平衡,以延缓心脏恶液质的发生发展。其逆转和拮抗代谢重构的有益作用,是心衰恶液质治疗的一条新途经。作为一种监测指标,Ghrelin可对其病情严重程度和预后进行评估。Ghrelin can promote growth-hormone releasing, vascular relaxing and lower blood pressure to improve heart performance. Ghrelin can also increase appetite, gain body weight and involve in regulating the metabolism of glucose and fat as well. Ghrelin can improve the function of blood vessel endothelium, inhibit inflammatory cell factor and myocardial hypertrophy so as to prevent myocardial remodeling. As an endogenous protective factor against myocardial damage, Ghrelin, by various mechanisms, can improve cardiac function in heart failure and cause positive energy balance, resulting in attenuating the development of cardiac cachexia in chronic heart failure. With its beneficial effect in against metabolic remodeling, Ghrelin may be a potential therapeutic approach to cachectic heart failure. As a monitoring index, Ghrelin may be used in evaluating the severity of heart failure and prognosis of the patients with heart failure.
