不同性别对青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者支具治疗生存质量评价的影响

摘　　要：目的:检测男女性别不同对青少年特发性脊柱侧凸(AIS)患者支具治疗生存质量评价的影响。方法:将87例支具治疗AIS患者分为2组,男性41例,女性46例,平均随访时间2.5年。2组患者在年龄、随访时间、支具治疗类型、主弯所在节段、以及支具治疗前、治疗后cobb角和Risser征等比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),87例患者均填写脊柱侧凸研究会患者问卷-22(SRS-22)量表,比较2组间量表单个维度和单个条目得分的差别。结果:女性治疗满意度维度得分高于男性(P<0.05),女性自我形象/外观维度得分也高于男性(P<0.05);其中自我形象/外观维度的条目4、6、10,以及治疗满意度维度的条目22的得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但2组功能/活动度、疼痛和精神健康维度的得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:性别不同会影响AIS患者支具治疗生存质量的评测结果,评测患者生存质量时需考虑此因素影响。Objective： To observe the impact of gender on the quality of life in patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis（AIS） treated with brace.Methods：87 patients（male 41 cases,female 46） with AIS treated with brace were divided into two groups.The mean follow-up time was 2.5 years.There was no significant difference（P0.05） in age,follow-up time,the type of brace treatment,the main curved located segments,and the Cobb＇s angle before and after brace treatment and Risser sign in two groups.The questionnaires-22（SRS-22） scales were filled in for all 87 patients,the scores of dimensions and single items were compared between the two groups.Results： The scores of therapeutic satisfaction in women were higher than that in men（P0.05）;the scores of self image / appearance in women were also higher than that in men（P0.05）;there was significant difference（P0.05） in self-image / appearance of the dimension entries 4,6,10 and the score of therapeutic satisfaction in 22 entries（P0.05）;but there was no significant difference（p0.05） in function,activity,pain and scores of mental health dimensions in the two group.Conclusions： The impact of gender on the quality of life in patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis（AIS） treated with brace was obvious,it need to be taken this into the account factors of the quality of life in patients with AIS treated with brace.
