摘 要:目的研究奇异果的免疫调节作用及其可能的作用机制。方法将患者随机分为4组,分别食用香蕉、绿色奇异果、金色奇异果、维生素C,连续30d。术前、术后第1天及试验终点时分别测定血清中的免疫球蛋白含量和抗氧化酶活性;终点时检测患者血液中T淋巴细胞亚群比例。结果食用奇异果30d后,血清中IgG和C3含量明显高于术后第1天,与香蕉组相比,IgG差异也有显著性;金色奇异果组与香蕉组相比,CD4+/CD8+有显著性差异;2个奇异果组患者血清丙二醛含量均显著低于香蕉组;与术后第1天相比,30d后绿色奇异果组患者血清中过氧化氢酶活性明显升高。结论奇异果可有效提高术后患者的体液免疫及细胞免疫功能,降低机体的氧化损伤是其免疫调节的重要机制之一。Objective To investigate the immunomodulatory effects of kiwifruit on post surgery patients.Methods The patients were selected and randomly divided into banana group,golden kiwifruit group,green kiwifruit group and Vit C group.The subjects in the four groups ate banana,golden kiwifruit,green kiwifruit and Vit C per day for 30 days respectively.Immunoglobulin content and antioxidant enzyme activity in serum were measured at before operation,1 day after operation and 30 days after operation respectively.In addition,T lymphocyte subpopulations were examined after intervention.Results 30 days after consumption of kiwifruit,the content of serum IgG and C3 were significantly higher than that of banana treated subjects,and the difference of IgG were significant between 1 day after operation and 30 days later in two kiwifruit groups.As for T lymphocyte subpopulations,the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in golden kiwifruit treated group was significantly increased compared to banana treated group.Compared with banana treated group,the content of MDA in serum was significantly decreased in two kiwifruit groups.The results also showed that consumption of green kiwifruit could elevate the activity of CAT in serum.Conclusions These findings suggested that kiwifruit could positively improve and optimize humoral immunity and cellular immune function for post operation patients.In addition,lowing oxidative damage may be involved in the mechanism of immunomodulatory effects of kiwifruit.
