预转化预吸收高浓度SO_2烟气制酸工艺的工业应用

摘　　要：介绍了金隆铜业高浓度SO_2烟气预转化预吸收工艺原理和工艺流程。将SO_2风机出口一部分φ(SO_2)>14%干燥烟气抽入预转化预吸收系统,加入部分预吸收后烟气及干燥空气以调节混合烟气SO_2浓度和氧硫比,使进预转化器烟气φ(SO_2)约12%。另一部分预吸收后烟气返回主转化系统与主烟气混合,进行常规的二转二吸工艺制酸。该工艺具有投资省、占地面积小、运行费用低、操作简单等优点,尤其适用于可产生高浓度SO_2烟气的冶炼系统配套制酸装置扩产改造。Principles and flow of Jinlong Copper＇s pre-conversion and pre-absorption process for high-concentration SO2 off-gas are described.A part of dried gas at over 14%SO2 is sent from blower outlet into pre-conversion and pre-absorption system.Some pre-absorbed gas and dried air is added to regulate the ratio of sulphur dioxide to oxygen in mixed gas and maintain SO2 concentration of converter inlet gas at about 12%.The remaining pre-absorbed gas is sent into main system arranged in double absorption process and mixed with the main gas to produce sulphuric acid.The process has some advantages such as less investment,small footprint,low operating costs, simple operation and is especially suitable for expansion of sulphuric acid plants in joint operation of metallurgical plants that produce high-concentrations SO2 off-gas.
